Shopping online at foxequestrian.com is as easy as 1-2-3.


Step 1 - Finding a product:
There are three ways of searching for a product on our website:

1. Category Search - On the homepage, you will see three large boxes titles: For the Horse, For the Rider and For the Yard. Clicking on these will bring you to a list of subcategories so you can easily find what you are looking for. When browsing a subcategory, you can always return to the previous selection by using your mouse to click on the links displayed at the top of the page. The For the Horse, For the Rider and For the Yard main categories will always be listed on the top right of every page for easy navigation.

2. Keyword/Code Search - On the left of the screen you will see a header for Product Search. You can type in a specific keyword to search the site for e.g. "Bridle" or you can enter a product code from our printed catalogue to search by. Click on the SEARCH button and all relevant results will then be displayed on the screen.

3. Search by Brand - On the right hand side of the page (not including the homepage), you will find a brand search. There is a drop down list of all the brand names we currently stock. Selecting a brand name from this list and clicking on the SEARCH button will allow you to view all the products of that particular brand.


Step 2 - Adding to your cart
When you have a list of products displayed on the screen, you may click on the link "Click here for full details" of the product you want to see more information and pictures of the product. From here you can add the product to your cart by selecting the colour and size where applicable, type the quantity you require in the quantity box and then click the ADD TO CART button. This will take you straight to your cart where you can review all the items in your cart. You can remove an item from your cart by clicking on the REMOVE button beside the relevant product. You can also change the quantity by clicking the CHANGE QUANTITY button, enter the new quantity required and click UPDATE. If you want to continue shopping simply click on the "Continue Shopping" link. If you are ready to checkout then click on the CHECKOUT button.


Step 3 - Checkout
If you have continued shopping and are now ready to checkout, click on the "Checkout" link under the My Account section on the top right hand side of the page. This will take you to Step 1 of the Checking out process.


1. Read the terms and conditions and when you are satisfied that you accept, check the box. Choose a payment method (Credit Card or Pro Forma Cheque). If you have a voucher, enter the code in the box provided. Click the CONTINUE button.

2. Enter your billing information in the fields provided. Please note that ALL fields are required. If the delivery information is the same as your billing information, simply check the box above the Delivery Information (It will save you filling in the same info twice!). If not, then enter your delivery information in the fields provided. When you are satisfied that all information is correct, click on the CONTINUE button.

3. You're Done! - This page confirms your order and gives you an order number. You should print this page or take a note of the order number for any future correspondence.
